As an active person herself, Adriana implements her “Mommy work outs” with most pf her patients, "Kegels are boring and people eventually stop doing them. I developed an exercise routine that is fun and make you feel good and fit. Pelvic floor muscle should automatically engage with abdominals muscles with all activities."

During physical therapy sessions patient will learn about muscles recruitment and re-education among other things. The main objective is to help patients regain control over they bladder, bowel and musculoskeletal deficits.
