As an active person herself, Adriana implements her “Mommy work outs”  with most pf her patients, "Kegels are boring and people eventually stop doing them. I developed an exercise routine that is fun and make you feel good and fit. Pelvic floor muscle should automatically engage with abdominals muscles with all activities."

During physical therapy sessions patient will learn about muscles recruitment and re-education among other things. The main objective is to help patients regain control over they bladder, bowel and musculoskeletal deficits.

Potter PT is privately owned clinic by Adriana Potter (owner and therapist). She has been a doctor in physical therapist for over 17 years in general orthopedic issues, pelvic floor issues for women and men  and connective tissue disorder.

Her main goal is to keep patients fully engaged during the sessions while learning how to manage and balance their life style and their home exercise program .

At our busy Physical Therapy Clinic, we provide patients with a welcoming and comfortable environment for treating all types of physical pains, aches, and injuries.

Whether you visit us for a one-off treatment or a longer course of action, at Potter Physical Therapy LLC, we make sure our patients play an active role in their recovery so they can remain pain-free once treatment ends.
